Ingredients:
-chicken breast 500g;
-1% kefir 250ml;
-3 cloves of garlic;
-spices to taste.
Cooking method:
1. Rinse the breasts, cut into medium pieces.
2. Cut the garlic thinly across. Add it to the breast. Do the same with the spices.
3. Pour everything with kefir, mix well. And put it in the refrigerator for an hour to an hour and a half.
