— Any meat (flesh) – 1 kg
— Honey – 2 tbsp.
— Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
— Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
— Salt, pepper, and other spices – to taste
— Fresh herbs: dill, parsley, rosemary, cilantro, basil – quantity to taste.

Cooking method:
Cut the meat into large pieces (larger or smaller — to your liking.)
Finely chop the herbs (it is preferable to have all five types) and mix them.
Combine the meat with the herbs, squeezed lemon juice, and honey.
Add salt, add other spices (if desired), and mix everything thoroughly.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate the meat.
Take the meat out of the refrigerator, add the sour cream, mix well, and place it on a baking sheet. Bake the meat in a well-heated oven for about 45 — 60 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven, the quality and size of the meat pieces. Rely on your experience and taste, check the doneness of the meat more often. If the meat is overcooked in the oven, it will be drier. If you like meat rare — reduce the cooking time.
Serve the cooked meat with rice, potatoes, or your favorite side dish.
