Ingredients: veal - 700 g, onion - 2 pcs, bell pepper - 2 pcs, tomatoes - 4 pcs, potatoes - 700 g, dry paprika - 1 tbsp, water - 1 l, starch - 2 tbsp, marjoram, chili pepper, spices, and salt - to taste.
Veal or beef is first fried in a pot or deep skillet in pork fat with onions until a golden crust forms. After that, hot water, previously fried potatoes, fresh tomatoes, sweet peppers, flour (I used starch), are added to the pot, and it is brought to readiness.
