Ingredients:
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
- Coriander – 1 pinch
- Paprika – 1 pinch
- Poultry meat (need the fillet part of the turkey) – 1 kg
- Oregano – 1 pinch
- Pimento – 1 pinch
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Basil – 1 pinch
- Salt – 4 tbsp.
- Water – 1 l
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Hot pepper (preferably chili) – 1 pinch

Cooking Method:
- First, take a separate container and pour water into it. Add salt and stir well until it completely dissolves. Now place the fillet meat in here. Put the container with the meat and water in the refrigerator. The fillet should stay there for about 2-3 hours.
- Next, let's take care of the garlic cloves. They need to be peeled and cut into thin slices. Take a small bowl and add: mustard, basil, oregano, coriander, pimento, red chili pepper, paprika, and then pour in the sunflower oil. Mix well.
- Take the pot with the meat out of the refrigerator and place it on a large plate. Pat the fillet dry, and then use a knife to make small holes all over the piece. Take the previously sliced garlic and stuff the meat. After you have stuffed the fillet, take the prepared mixture and coat it.
- Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 220 degrees. Then take a roasting pan and, without greasing it with oil, place the fillet on it. When the oven reaches the required temperature, place the roasting pan with the meat inside and start roasting for no more than 35 minutes. During the time the ham is roasting, it is not advisable to open the oven. Besides the fact that the finished dish has excellent taste qualities, it also has a very appetizing appearance.
- Roasting the meat in the oven without foil and a sleeve gives the dish an amazing look and taste. Your fillet will acquire a golden-brown crust. Prepare the ham yourself at home and, in the end, you will be delighted.
