Ingredients: - 5-6 potatoes - 500 g fish - 2 tomatoes - 1 large onion - cheese - herbs - cream Preparation: Many observe Lent, so the cream can be replaced with fish broth. And then instead of cheese, the top layer can be layered with onions and sweet peppers, it will be no less tasty. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, onions into rings or half-rings - whichever is easier, tomatoes can also be sliced into rings or half-rings, and fish into small pieces. Instead of grating the cheese as usual, cut it into thin slices - like for a sandwich. Finely chop the herbs. Add salt, pepper, and possibly some other spices for the fish to the cream. First, lay a layer of potatoes in the dish, then the onions, followed by the fish. Slightly salt, sprinkle with herbs, and generously coat with cream (or drizzle - it all depends on the cream's fat content). Then the tomatoes - also coat with cream. The final layer - cheese! Arrange the cheese slices so that they cover almost the entire surface. Gently pour the remaining cream around the edges. Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 - 220 degrees. Enjoy your meal.

 

2. Baked cod with cheese and tomatoes We will need: 2 small fillets of cod or other white fish salt, black pepper - to taste 2-3 tomatoes (I have 10 cherry tomatoes) 5 tablespoons of sour cream 20-25% 2 teaspoons of mustard (you can use coarse, I currently have regular) 100 g hard cheese herbs If the fillet is fresh, there is no discussion. If frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator for a day, and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fish into large pieces, place in a baking dish (ceramic works very well here), sprinkle with coarse salt and black ground pepper. By the way, if you have portion-sized dishes, distribute the fish immediately into them; you can serve directly in them as well. Wash the tomatoes, for larger ones, remove the stem and slice them into rounds, and cut the cherry in half. Again, scatter them chaotically (just one of those days) over the fish fillet. You can salt it again, but I didn't. Combine the sour cream with mustard. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater... ...and mix it with the sour cream and mustard. If it’s too thick, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of cream. Spread this mixture over the cod with the tomatoes. Place the dish in the oven, set it to 180 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes (plus or minus 5 minutes), until the cheese is completely melted and a delicious crust forms. Done. The dish can be served without a side, with tasty bread and your favorite herbs. Enjoy your meal!

 

3. Fish baked with cheese Delicate fish fillet baked in the oven under a cheese cap. Ingredients: 500 g fish fillet (tilapia, pikeperch, etc.) 50 g cheese 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/4 lemon salt pepper Preparation: I used tilapia fish fillet. Preparation: Grate the zest from part of the lemon on a fine grater (you will get about a teaspoon of zest). Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Salt and pepper the thawed fish on both sides, place it in the dish. Sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle a little lemon juice. Coat with sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Fish baked with cheese is a simple, healthy, and tasty dish.

 

4. Trout under garlic sauce, baked on a potato "pillow" Ingredients: Potatoes — 6 pcs. Cream — 250 ml Garlic — 2 cloves Flour — optional Carrot — 1 pc. Onion — 1 pc. Trout — 4 steaks Butter — optional Vegetable oil — optional Spices — to taste Preparation: 1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Sauté finely chopped garlic for a couple of minutes to release its aroma. 3. Add a tablespoon of flour and slightly fry. 4. Add cream, stirring vigorously. 5. As soon as the sauce thickens, add a little boiled water and spices: salt, bay leaf, and a mix of peppers. Bring the sauce to a boil, turn off, and cover with a lid. 6. Then sauté the grated carrot with onion. 7. Slice the potatoes into medium-thick rounds. Place in a dish, add salt, pepper, and a little vegetable oil. 8. Layer the fish on top of the potatoes, lightly salting it. 9. On the fish - carrot with onion. 10. And top it all with garlic sauce. 11. Bake the fish for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Enjoy your meal.

 

5. Fish baked in egg with mayonnaise Ingredients: fish eggs onion mayonnaise cheese Preparation: 1. Rinse the fish fillet, dry it, and if there are bones - it’s better to remove them. (In this case, tilapia was used - ready fillets are sold almost everywhere, costing about 140-170 rubles/kg) 2. Lay the fillet in a pan greased with oil, salt, and sprinkle with spices. 3. Prepare the sauce: Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, chop green onions, and add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (any kind). Mix well. 4. Pour the sauce over the fish in the pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!

 

6. TROUT WITH POTATOES Ingredients: ? Trout fillet - 500 - 600 grams. ? Potatoes - 1.5 kg. ? Sour cream - 500 grams. ? Cheese - 200 grams. ? Salt, black ground pepper to taste. ? Any spices for fish to taste. ? Herbs - dill, parsley, cilantro. ? Lemon - 1 piece. Preparation: 1. Wash the trout and dry it with a paper towel. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. 2. Prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream with grated cheese, add salt, black ground pepper, spices, and mix everything thoroughly. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil. Coat pieces of trout with the prepared sauce and place them on the baking tray. Then lay the potatoes and pour the remaining sauce over everything. 3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the baking tray inside. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes. Place on a dish, garnish with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
