Cauliflower in batter

Prepare the batter: Whisk an egg, salt, pepper, and a little milk or water. Then add enough flour to make a batter like for pancakes. Mix well to avoid lumps... The batter should be slightly salty, as we will not boil the cabbage in salted water! Place pieces of cabbage in the batter and coat them well.

Fry in vegetable oil over low heat... ...on all sides until golden brown. Prepare the sauce: Mix sour cream with garlic pressed through a garlic press and finely chopped fresh dill.
