FRIED SAUSAGES IN PASTRYKlubokhttp://klubok.work/4/140/7987/Klubokhttps://klubok.work/css/image/top-logo-en.pngINGREDIENTS:
? flour - 500 g;
? warm water + milk (50x50) - 320 ml;
? salt - 1 tsp.;
? sugar - 3 tbsp.;
? vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.;
? dry yeast - 1 tbsp.
For the filling:
? "doctor" or "milk" sausages - 15 pcs.
PREPARATION:
In a large pot, combine warm milk and water, add sugar and yeast, let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Then add 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, sifted flour, and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. Cover the pot with a towel or lid and place it in a warm place for 2 hours (punch down 1-2 times). Grease the working surface and hands well with vegetable oil, divide the dough into equal balls (the size of an egg). Take each ball, knead or roll it out well, place a sausage inside. Join the edges of the dough, seal it, forming an elongated pie. Shape all the pies this way. Immediately place them on a heated (but not scorching hot!) skillet with a generous amount of vegetable oil, fry the sausages in dough over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Place the finished pies on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Then transfer to a plate and serve very tasty fried sausages in dough!
