(you can use thighs or breasts); 1 onion; 1 carrot; 1 bell pepper; 1 tomato; 1 can of green peas; 1 can of corn; 2 cloves of garlic; 1 cup of rice; 1.5-2 cups of water/broth; salt, spices to taste; vegetable oil for frying.
