Garlic rolls

You will need:
Dough:
- Milk - 250 ml
- Flour - 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
For greasing:
- Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Filling:
- Butter - 50 g
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Chopped herbs - 2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Cover the resulting dough with a cloth and leave in a warm place, it should double in size. Divide the prepared dough into 16 pieces, approximately 50 g each. Cover with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes or more to let the dough rise a bit.
Place the softened butter, garlic, and herbs in a blender bowl and chop everything. You can also grate the garlic and mix all the components by hand.
Make a cut in the center of each roll with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, fill the cavity with the filling, about half a teaspoon. This can also be done using a pastry bag. Brush the rolls with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
The rolls can be served with broth, borscht, or tea.
