For chocolate lovers - chocolate pastries), the recipe is designed for 18 servings!
For 18 pieces:
500 g sour cream
250 g sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
400 g flour
Cream
150 g heavy cream
1 bar of dark chocolate
Icing
4 tbsp cocoa
50 g butter
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp milk
For the dough, mix everything except the flour and baking powder well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the resulting mixture. Pour into a deep rectangular baking dish in a layer of 2-3 cm. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. Cool, cut into 2 layers. Spread with cream. Stack the layers on top of each other. Spread with icing. Trim uneven edges and cut into pastries. Decorate.
For the cream, melt the cream and chocolate in a water bath, let it cool slightly and whip, but not too much.
For the icing, cook everything in a water bath until the sugar crystals dissolve, stirring constantly. The icing should be thick enough to spread and not run. You can smooth the icing with a wide knife.
