Ingredients:
2.5 cups of flour
150 g of sugar
250 g of butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/4 tsp of slaked soda
vanillin
pinch of salt
~80-100 g of roasted nuts

Preparation:
1. Sift the flour, mix with sugar, salt, and vanillin.
2. Melt the margarine and let it cool.
3. To the margarine, beat in 1 egg, add the slaked soda, and mix with a whisk.
4. Combine the liquid and dry mixtures, knead the dough, adding more flour if necessary. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
5. Chop the nuts (previously roasted and cooled).
6. Roll the dough out to a thickness of ~5 mm and use a cutter to make ribbed circles. Use a smaller cutter to make holes in the center. Separate the unnecessary scraps, transfer the cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and brush with the beaten second egg.
7. Then sprinkle with nuts.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes (until lightly golden).
