Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

Baking soda — 1/2 tsp.
Flour — 250 g
Sugar — 250 g
Egg — 1 pc.
Butter — 125 g
Chocolate — 100 g
Salt

Preparation:

1. Beat the butter, egg, and sugar with a mixer. Mix the flour with salt and baking soda, and add to the egg mixture. Knead the dough.
2. Break the chocolate into small pieces, add to the dough, and mix again. Form balls with wet hands and flatten them with a fork. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
