Homemade cookies, according to my grandmother's recipe.http://klubok.work/4/141/5673/Klubok

These cookies are very simple, they are made quite quickly and are eaten instantly! Especially delicious with milk, kids will love them ;)

250 g of margarine
3 eggs
1.5 cups of sugar (you can even use less, they turn out quite sweet)
3 cups of flour
1 packet of vanilla (10 g)
salt - a pinch
1 tsp of baking soda, quenched with boiling water

Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla. Melt the margarine and, once slightly cooled, pour it into the egg mixture. Quench the baking soda, gradually mixing in the flour. Knead the dough with a spoon, it will be a bit runny and will stretch with the spoon - this is normal :)

Put the bowl in the refrigerator for half an hour, or in the freezer for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line with paper or simply sprinkle with flour (the cookies come off well with a spatula).

Take out the chilled dough and start rolling balls about 3 cm in diameter; we always make them small so they can be dipped in tea later. Place them on the baking sheet with some space in between! Because they will spread into these fluffy cookies, like in the photo (5-6 cm). Bake for 20-25 minutes.

 Enjoy your meal!
