Gradually add flour to get a soft, elastic dough. Eggs and oil are not needed in this dough, as they are already in the mayonnaise. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it sit for about 1.5 hours to rise. During this time, the dough should be kneaded a couple of times, and then you can start baking.
