- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder. In another container, mix the vegetable oil with sugar, then add instant coffee, lemon juice, and water. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the liquid part of the batter into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly using a mixer or whisk.
- You can replace cocoa with a bar of dark chocolate. For this, it needs to be melted and added to the prepared batter.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking pan with butter and lightly dust with flour. Pour the prepared batter into the pan and place it in the oven for 40 — 45 minutes.

While the pie is baking, we make the icing. Add sugar to the hot water and stir until it dissolves. Add sunflower oil and cocoa and place on medium heat, stirring. Do not boil the icing! Remove from heat when the first ripples appear. Then the icing will turn out glossy.

You can layer it with any cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or grated chocolate. Serve the pie with unsweetened tea, as there is more than enough sugar in the pie.
