This is a classic recipe for making airy meringue. You will need just three ingredients: lemon juice, egg whites, and granulated sugar or powdered sugar. The meringue closely resembles the well-known meringue in appearance. Make it yourself and see for yourself! Ingredients: Egg Whites: 4 Pieces, Powdered Sugar: 200 Grams, Lemon Juice: 2 Teaspoons Preparation: Prepare the necessary ingredients. In a deep bowl, beat the egg whites, add the powdered sugar, beat again, and pour in the lemon juice. Mix well. You should have a thick, homogeneous mass. You can check the readiness by turning the bowl upside down; if the mass does not fall out, everything is correct! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the prepared mass into a bag, slightly opening it, and squeeze out the future meringues onto the baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 50 minutes. Done!
