- Kefir 200 ml
- Egg1 pc
- Butter 50 g
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Soda 0.5 tsp

How to make waffles with kefir in an electric waffle maker
- Sift the flour with salt, soda, and baking powder into a deep bowl, and mix.
- Whisk the egg with kefir and sugar.
- Add the liquid kefir-egg mixture to the flour. Mix well with a spoon or whisk.
- Then pour melted butter into the batter.
- Mix everything well until smooth.
- Preheat the electric waffle maker slightly, then pour 2 tablespoons of batter into each mold.
- Close and bake for about 4-5 minutes. (time depends on your electric waffle maker)
