Ingredients: - 650 ml warm water - 2.5 tsp dry yeast - 1 tsp sugar - 2 tsp salt - 1 kg flour Preparation: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients in order. Knead until a soft dough forms. You may need more or less than 1 kg of flour. Then cover with a lid and place in a warm place to rise for a couple of hours. Divide the risen dough into two equal parts and place them in molds. Let it rise a bit more. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30–40 minutes.
