Bears «Barni» classic recipe

flour — 200 g;
egg — 3 pcs.;
milk — 150 ml;
sugar — 4 tbsp.;
butter — 50 g;
baking powder — 0.5 tsp;
vanillin — to taste.
Preparation method:
Melt the butter and add the eggs to it. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the milk into the butter-egg mixture and whisk everything together.
In a separate bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, vanillin, and baking powder.
Add the resulting mixture to the bowl with the liquid ingredients and whisk everything until a uniform mass is obtained. The batter should be thick like sour cream.
Pour the batter into molds. A silicone mold works very well. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool, and extract from the mold. If you try to take the Barni bears out while they are still hot, they may break, which would be very unfortunate.

Bears «Barni» with banana filling

banana — 1-2 pcs.;
butter — 50 g;
milk — 100 ml;
flour — 100 g;
egg — 3 pcs.;
brown sugar — 50 g;
baking powder — 1 tsp.
Preparation method:
Mix the melted butter with the eggs using a whisk.
Add milk and sifted flour.
Stir in brown sugar and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. The batter should be quite liquid.
Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces, and mash it.
Pour the batter into prepared molds. Place a teaspoon of banana puree in the center of each bear.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the bears for 15-20 minutes.
Once the Barni bears have cooled, they can be removed from the molds and served.

Ingredients
  • 12 tbsp Sugar
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 9 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 g Vanillin
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 can Boiled condensed milk
Step-by-step recipe
  1. Beat the eggs with sugar.

    Add milk, oil, and vanillin. Gradually add flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly. The batter should not be too thick.

  2. Fill the bear molds with the batter. Place 1 tsp. of condensed milk in each bear as filling. Slightly press the condensed milk into the batter so it is covered.

  3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the bears for 25-30 minutes.
