Ingredients
200g margarine
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of flour + 2-3 tablespoons depending on the size of the eggs
1 cup of kefir
Vanilla, crushed walnuts, raisins - all to your taste
A packet of baking powder or 1 tsp of baking soda extinguished
Cocoa if black and white
You also need to check that the cocoa is different, 2-3 teaspoons sometimes more.
Dough
Beat the eggs with sugar, a fork is fine
Gradually add the flour
Melt the margarine but not hot, add the kefir (if adding soda, sprinkle it into the kefir)
Mix everything. The dough should be like thick sour cream, it should slowly drip from a spoon.
If small cupcakes, fill halfway
the molds.
If black and white, divide into two parts and add cocoa to one. Spoon it alternately around the mold, then again around the white, cocoa, etc.
Bake at 180° in a preheated oven.
Check readiness with a wooden stick or toothpick
