Ice cream - Fruit icehttp://klubok.work/4/143/4065/Klubok

Ingredients:
-1 cup of water

-1 cup of fresh mint leaves
-1 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
5-6 peeled kiwis

Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce the heat and add the mint leaves, let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Strain the resulting mint "decoction" and blend it together with 4 kiwis, lime juice, (if desired, you can strain the mixture to remove the kiwi seeds).
Cool the mixture and pour it into molds. Place the future fruit ice in the refrigerator for about an hour (or more), so that the top part remains not completely frozen.

Then slice the remaining kiwi into thin rounds and make a small cut in the center.

Place the kiwi rounds on top of the ice and insert a popsicle stick through the slit. The kiwi should be slightly submerged in the still unfrozen ice.
Put the ice in the refrigerator and freeze completely.
This refreshing ice cream can be made from any fruits, I would recommend: watermelon, melon, mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries.
