Pizza is very fast

Sometimes there's no time for yeast dough, but I urgently want pizza. In such cases, I'm saved by: 0.5 liters of kefir, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and enough flour to make a dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Roll out the filling (whatever is in the fridge) and put it in the oven. Try it, it turns out even better than with yeast!
