Ingredients:

Dark chocolate — 100 g,
Butter — 120 g,
Sugar — 150 g,
Eggs — 4 pcs,
Wheat flour — 150 g,
Baking powder (without a mound) — 1 tsp,
Cottage cheese (soft) — 300 g,
Vanilla sugar — 1 packet,
Cherry (frozen) — 300 g,
Salt (a pinch).

Preparation:

1. Break the chocolate into pieces.
2. Melt it together with the butter in a water bath.
Beat 2 eggs and 50 g of sugar with a mixer, add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
3. For the cottage cheese cream: mix the cottage cheese with sugar (100 g) and the remaining eggs (2 pcs).
4. Mash with a mixer (or blend in a blender) until creamy.
5. To the whipped eggs with sugar, add the cooled melted chocolate.
6. Mix with a mixer.
7. Add the baking powder and the flour.
8. Mix with a mixer on the lowest speed (I mixed with a spatula).
9. In a mold with high sides (21 cm.),
greased with butter, pour in 1/3 of the dough.
10. Spread it in the mold.
11. Place half of the cottage cheese mixture on top.
12. On the mixture - the thawed cherries (half of the total amount).
13. Next: dough, cottage cheese mixture, cherries, dough.
14. Try to spread the dough evenly; it may not always work, but that’s okay. You can make swirls on the top layer.
15. Bake for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Let it cool in the mold.
16. Then release from the mold, cut into pieces, and .... enjoy!!!
