-200 g flour;
-150 g butter;
-100 g sugar;
-1 tsp baking powder (or 0.5 tsp of baking soda, quenched with vinegar)
For the filling:
- 500 g cottage cheese;
-2 eggs;
-100 g sugar;
-100 g sour cream;
-200 g blueberries.
Preparation:
Cut the butter into pieces, add it to the flour, and add the baking powder, mixing everything well. Then add the eggs and sugar and knead the dough. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the eggs, sour cream, and sugar, and beat well with a mixer until smooth. In a greased baking dish, lay out the dough so that there are edges about 5 cm high. Pour in the filling and sprinkle the berries on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
