Ingredients for «Chocolate Cake "Kuche"»:
- Wheat flour / Flour — 2 cups
- Sugar — 2 cups
- Chicken eggs — 4 pcs
- Milk — 1 cup
- Vegetable oil (deodorized) — 1 cup
- Cocoa powder (heaped) — 3 tbsp
- Baking powder (1 packet) — 10 g
- Vanillin
Recipe «Chocolate Cake "Kuche"»:
Whip the eggs, sugar, and vanillin very well.
Add milk and oil, cocoa (heaped spoon) - whip.
Pour our mixture into a glass (250 ml) and set aside, this will be the chocolate glaze.
Add flour and baking powder to the remaining mixture - whip.
Pour the batter into a mold (mold 20x25).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until cooked.
Then pour 1 cup of chocolate glaze (which we set aside) over the hot cake and let it cool.
