FOR TESTING

125 g of butter or margarine "pyschka"
3 eggs
200 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
125 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
3 tsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of cream
600 g of apples
50 ml of lemon juice

 



FOR THE FILLING

200 g of sour cream
2 eggs
75 g of sugar
1 tbsp of powdered sugar

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2. Thoroughly grind the butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
3. Add the eggs one at a time to this mixture.
4. Sift the flour with the baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour and cream to the egg mixture.
6. Grease the baking dish with fat or sunflower oil, pour the dough into it, and flatten.
7. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core.
8. Sprinkle the chopped apples with lemon juice and place them on the dough, lightly pressing them in. Bake for 12 minutes.
9. Prepare the filling: mix the sour cream, eggs, and sugar.
10. Remove the pie from the oven and pour the filling over it. Bake for another 50 minutes.
11. Take the finished pie out of the oven and let it cool slightly.
12. Place the pie on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
