"Pancakes that melt in your mouth"

Ingredients:
- 200 g of milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of wheat flour (or 2 tablespoons heaped)
- 2 teaspoons of butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- a pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. Place eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl
2. Whisk with a whisk
3. Add melted butter and milk
4. Add flour
5. Mix well to avoid lumps
6. Bake in a pan as thin pancakes until golden brown without oil (do not overcook, they need very little time...)
