Pancakes on kefir

For 4 pancakes:

• 150 g flour (1 cup)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• a pinch of baking soda
• 1 egg
• 40 g melted butter
• 200 ml kefir
• 3 tbsp sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 40 g butter for frying
