Pizza-flavored pancakes

 1 cup of kefir
0.5 tsp of baking soda
 1 cup of flour
 2 eggs 
 0.5 tsp of salt
 0.5 tsp of sugar
 100 g of hard cheese
 100 g of sausage / ham
 And half a tomato
 green onion (fennel, parsley)
I add the eggs, baking soda, sugar, salt to the kefir and mix well.
I cut the sausage, ham, and tomato into cubes.
I grate the cheese.
I add the flour to the kefir-egg mixture and mix.
Add the sausage, cheese, tomatoes, green onion. 
 And now - let's fry! (with the lid closed). Delicious!
