  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2–3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons of starch
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar

Sift the starch and dissolve it in one cup of milk. Bring the other two cups of milk to a boil, add sugar and vanilla. Gradually add the dissolved starch to the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Keep the jelly on low heat for a few minutes and remove from heat. Pour the finished jelly into plates or molds, and let it cool. Enjoy your meal!

Milk jelly with cocoa — recipe

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Mix cocoa with sugar. Bring half of the milk to a boil, then add the cocoa and sugar mixture to the milk. Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk. Pour the milk with starch into the hot milk and cook on low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Let the jelly sit covered for a few minutes. Pour the jelly into plates or glasses. This jelly can be served either hot or cold. You can decorate the finished jelly with chocolate crumbs. Enjoy your meal!
