Yarn "Arctic" 300 m/50g in 2 strands, Addi needles №3.5 mm.
Pattern repeat 23 stitches.
The raglan line consists of 2 stitches (i.e. a total of 8 stitches).
A total of 90 stitches were cast on for the neckline, as I planned to knit specifically for the neck with a stand-up collar, with a button closure planned at the back.
I divided the stitches as follows:
1) back 3 knit + 23 pattern stitches + 3 knit
2) for sleeves 23 pattern stitches + 3 knit
3) front- 2 knit
4) for raglan 2 knit = 8 stitches
Increases were made every 2nd row: 2 stitches for the front and the back, 1 stitch for each sleeve.

1. I made my own description. It might be useful for someone...
I knitted the sweater from Rondo yarn from Seam. It consists of 60% wool and 40% viscose. In a ball, there are 110 m per 50 g. I used 4 + a piece from the fifth for the ribbing at the bottom. However, after washing (even though I rinsed it as stated at 30°), the sweater stretched a bit, so I could have managed with 4 balls exactly, 200 g. Needles number 3 for ribbing and 4.5 for the main fabric. Age 5 years, 110 cm.
I knitted as follows:
Cast on 72 stitches and knit ribbing 1*1 for 7 rows, then continue knitting the ribbing with short rows (knit 62 stitches, turn the work, yarn over to the right needle, knit 52 stitches, turn, yarn over to the right needle, knit 42 stitches, turn, yarn over, knit 32 stitches, turn yarn over; (now we knit in the round again) continue knitting, purling the yarn overs together with the next stitch). Knit to the end of the row. The neck is ready.
Next, we knit as follows, distributing the stitches for the raglan: yarn over-knit-yarn over (this is the front, yarn overs are twisted towards the central stitch; in this place, the yarn overs will always repeat in every row); purl-7 knit-2 together-yarn over-3 knit-yarn over-2 together-7 knit-purl (this is our sleeve, the pattern repeat with leaves, the pattern is 23 stitches with a central knit, knit according to the pattern, yarn overs in every row); yarn over-1 knit-yarn over (this is the raglan line, yarn overs are made in every 2nd row and twisted towards the central knit between them); then 23 stitches of the pattern according to the scheme (this is the back); yarn over-knit-yarn over (raglan line); then again the sleeve, repeat. 72 raglan stitches are distributed.
Knit 4 leaves in height, up to the next increases for the front, we get the following: 65 stitches for the front, 40 stitches for the sleeve (including the central raglan stitch for the back), 55 stitches for the back, and 40 stitches for the second sleeve.
Transfer the front and back stitches to circular needles. Set the sleeve stitches aside for now.
Start knitting 65 stitches for the front, then pick up 5 stitches for the underarm, 55 stitches for the back and again 5 stitches for the underarm. Knit in the round, continuing to work the leaf pattern on the back, to the required length (I got 12 leaves), then knit 10 rows of ribbing 1*1 at the bottom (with smaller needles, not too tight), close the stitches with a hook, but do not pull tight, then move on to the sleeves.
For the right and left sleeves: pick up 5 stitches for the underarm, and 40 from the reserved stitches, knit in the round, without decreases, to the required length (I have 11 leaves), then 10 rows of ribbing 1*1 (smaller needles and preferably knit tighter), close the stitches with a hook, quite tightly, so that the child's hand passes through.
In the armholes, there should be little ends of yarn left, which should be carefully pulled to close the holes that formed on both sides of the underarm. Just hide the yarn ends and perform the final wash and block.
That's all.
2. Yesterday I tried to quickly knit a sample. Everything turned out very well. My gauge is 18 stitches per 10 cm on 4 mm needles (I don't knit tightly). I measured it on my 11-year-old daughter. My pattern is the same as in the original with 17 stitches, I cast on 72 stitches at the beginning. Stitch distribution - 31 back including the raglan line, 20 for sleeves including the raglan line, and 1 stitch for the front. I made raglan increases on the back like this - twisted yarn over knit - back, knit twisted yarn over - sleeve. I made increases on the front every row by twisted yarn over (the first leaning to the right and the second to the left). I forgot about the short row at first and only did it after two pattern repeats, on the third - it was still okay. I did as the girls said - started the first row of the pattern (my stitch sequence is like this - sleeve, front, sleeve, back) reached the back, knitted knit stitches on the back, followed by the pattern, 5 more knit stitches, turned, knitted 5 stitches, followed by the pattern, 5 stitches, turned, 5 stitches, followed by the pattern, 16-17 stitches (when crossing the raglan I remembered to make increases every second row), turned, repeated everything, knitted to the pattern on the sleeve, turned, repeated, turned again (I started a new pattern repeat on the back - now we knit in full round) It's better to do the short row right after the ribbing.
The pattern for 6 rows is as follows:
for the back:
Row 1: 1 purl, 4 knits, 3 together with a right tilt, yarn over, 1 knit, 1 purl, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 3 together with a left tilt, 4 knits, 1 purl.
Row 2 and all even rows: according to the pattern.
Row 3: 1 purl, 2 knits, 3 together with a right tilt, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 3 knits, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 3 together with a left tilt, 2 knits, 1 purl.
Row 5: 1 purl, 3 together with a right tilt, 2 knits, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 5 knits, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 2 knits, 3 together with a left tilt, 1 purl.
On the sleeves, the last purl is not knitted.
