Knitting materials:

• 230 g of purple yarn (100 m/50 g, 52% viscose, 24% mohair, 24% polyamide)

• needles No. 4.5

Cable pattern: knit according to the chart, knit back rows according to the pattern.

Stockinette stitch (SS): knit front rows with LP, back rows with IP.

Garter stitch (GS): all loops are knit in both front and back rows.

Ribbing: alternate 2 LP, 2 IP.

Knitting density for the cable pattern: 20 loops x 27 rows = 10?10 cm.

Cast on 68 loops and knit ribbing. After knitting 2 cm from the cast-on edge, distribute the loops as follows: 9 loops ribbing, 50 loops cable pattern (starting from the 2nd loop of the 1st repeat and not knitting the last loop of the 2nd repeat), 9 loops ribbing. At the same time, make increases at the stockinette stitch sections on each side in every 12th row 5 times 1 loop. After knitting 40 cm from the cast-on edge, decrease at the stockinette stitch sections on both sides in every 6th row 4 times 1 loop. After 48 cm from the cast-on edge, knit 6 rows of SS for the waistband, 6 rows of GS, 4 rows of SS and close the loops.

This way, knit 2 pieces. Join them at the side seams. Fold the waistband, hem it from the inside, and thread the elastic tape.
