Knitting density 10 cm x 10 cm = 21 st x 26 rows
Needles No. 2; 2.5; 3. Hook No. 2
Braid: on 6 stitches (3x3), braiding every 6th row.
Description:
On needles No. 3 cast on 450 stitches + 2 edge stitches and knit two rows of garter stitch, then I knitted as follows:
1 edge stitch, “1 elongated stitch, 12 stitches of stockinette, 4 stitches of braid to the right, 2 purl stitches, 1 elongated, 2 purl stitches, 4 stitches of braid to the right, 2 purl stitches, 20 stitches of the main pattern, 2 purl stitches, 4 stitches of braid to the left, 2 purl stitches, 1 elongated, 2 purl stitches, 4 stitches of braid to the left, 12 stockinette stitches.” (Repeat the wedge pattern) Repeat 5 more times, edge stitch.
I crocheted the bobbles every 6th row from the yarn overs between the 6th and 7th stitches of stockinette, counting from the center of the wedge.
Decrease around the elongated stitch separating the wedge on both sides as follows: 6 times every 4th row;
8 times in the 6th row;
5 times in the 8th row;
Then knit 18 rows without decreasing stitches and set aside the knitting.
Yoke:
On needles No. 2.5 cast on 26 stitches and knit, distributing the pattern as follows: 1 edge stitch, 2 purl stitches, 20 stitches of main pattern, 2 purl stitches, edge stitch. Knit the length in cm which is the arithmetic mean between the waist and hips
(Waist + Hips) / 2.
Bind off the stitches.
On one edge, I cast on (I got 199 stitches) with one strand and knitted a waistband for the elastic 5 cm (20 rows), set aside the knitting.
Join with a hook using slip stitches the yoke and the bottom of the skirt so that the seam is on the outside, then crochet the left and right sides of the skirt together and attach the waistband. Insert the elastic. The skirt is ready. 
For the skirt. First, knit a strip of the required length, equal to the length of your circumference, at which the top of the skirt will be located (at the waist or hips). On this strip do not knit bobbles, because we all fear extra seams on the protrusions. Then from the edge stitches of this strip pick up stitches.
To determine the necessary number of such stitches, decide for yourself how fluffy you want your skirt to be, that is, how many wedges should be in it. Each wedge is the same strip that is on the waistband. To this number of stitches add stitches for the desired inserts.
Well, now that the most complicated part is done, you have calculated the stitches. You can start to be proud of yourself.
Now knitting in length. Again, each person decides for themselves how much to knit and how much to expand the skirt. Taking this into account, calculate after how many rows you need to make increases for fluffiness. I did it every 8th row. This is even more convenient and impossible to forget because every 8th row you need to make bobbles.
