The lacy purple tunic is knitted with needles from semi-wool yarn using two fancy patterns and a gathering pattern with a twist at the waist.

You will need: 4 skeins of Cisne Merino Coats Corrente yarn (50% acrylic microfiber, 50% merino wool, 236m/100g, color 1079) in purple;
Needles No. 3.5 and 4;
Sewing needle;

Patterns:
1x1 ribbing: alternate 1 knit, 1 purl.
Garter stitch: knit all rows knit.
Stockinette stitch: knit rows knit, purl rows purl.
Buttonholes: knit 2 together knit, 2 yarn overs, in the next row make 1 yarn over, dropping the other
Fancy pattern A: knit according to chart 1
Twist pattern: knit according to chart 2
Fancy pattern B:
1st row: *1 purl, 1 knit*, repeat from * to * to end of row.
2nd and all even rows: knit according to pattern
3rd row: *1 knit, 1 purl*, repeat from * to * to end of row.
5th row: repeat from 1st row.

Knitting description

Back: on needles No. 4 cast on 96 stitches and knit 4 rows in garter stitch. Switch to knitting fancy pattern A according to chart 1, repeating the rapport for the back. At a height of 30 cm from the start of knitting, switch to knitting the twist pattern according to chart 2. At a height of 42 cm from the start of knitting, switch to knitting fancy pattern B, increasing 1 stitch on both sides every 2nd row 4 times. At a height of 30 cm from the start of knitting in fancy pattern B, bind off all stitches.
Right front: on needles No. 4 cast on 64 stitches and knit 4 rows in garter stitch. Switch to knitting fancy pattern A according to chart 1, repeating the rapport for the fronts and knitting the first 7 stitches in garter stitch to form the band. At a height of 30 cm from the start of knitting, switch to knitting the twist pattern according to chart 2. At a height of 32 cm from the start of knitting, knit the first buttonhole at a distance of 4 stitches from the edge, the second - at a distance of 9 cm from the first. Do not knit the 3rd and 4th buttonholes, but make them by spreading the stitches of the pattern. At a height of 42 cm from the start of knitting, switch to knitting fancy pattern B, increasing 1 stitch from the left side every 2nd row 4 times. At a height of 63 cm from the start of knitting for the neckline, bind off on the right side in every 2nd row 1 time 8 stitches, 1 time 4 stitches, 3 times 3 stitches, 1 time 2 stitches and 8 times 1 stitch. At a height of 30 cm from the start of knitting in fancy pattern B, bind off all stitches.
Left front: knit symmetrically to the right, but without buttonholes.
Assembly and finishing: sew the shoulder and side seams.
Collar: along the neckline, on needles No. 3.5 evenly cast on 140 stitches and knit 1x1 ribbing. At a height of 8 cm from the start of knitting, bind off the stitches. Sew the buttons to the left front.
