Hat knitted by Irina Bazaleeva (Raab)http://klubok.work/23/189/5360/Klubok

Threads - children's acrylic.

For a hat for 2-3 years old, I cast on 82 stitches on 2.5 needles.

Knitted a rib of 1 knit, 1 purl for 12 centimeters.

 Double rib

1st row - knit, purl

2nd row - knit, and simply slip the purl stitch from the left needle to the right without knitting. Yarn in front of work. All further rows are like the 2nd.

Then I folded it in half and knitted all the stitches on the needle together with those that were cast on for the hat. You can simply fold and sew.

Then I added 10 stitches all around, so there were 92 stitches. I switched to 3 needles.

I switched to the main pattern, "Baskets". I knitted straight for 13-14 cm.

Pattern "Baskets"                          SAMPLE - 20 stitches

1st row - purl side. 2 purls, 13 knits, 3 purls.
2-3 purls, 4 together knit (through the back loop), yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 4 together knit, 2 purls.
3-2 knits, 13 purls, 3 knits.
4-3 purls, 13 knits, 2 purls.
5, 7, 9 - as 3
6 - as 2
8 - as 4
10-1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 4 together knit, 5 purls, 4 together knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over.
11-6 purls, 5 knits, 7 purls.
12-7 knits, 5 purls, 6 knits.
13, 15, 17 - as 11
14 - as 10
16 - as 12.
Repeat from the 2nd row.

Then I knitted 2 together knit, yarn over across the row. For a channel to thread the cord.

I knitted another 6 cm with the "Baskets" pattern. Closed the stitches.

From the inside, I cast on stitches where the ribbing ended and knitted about 11 cm and closed (for the bottom) across the row like this: 1 knit, 2 together knit.

I knitted 1 cm. And then in each knit I closed 2 together. When there are 5-6 stitches left - pull together. Sew the lining.

Sew the hat.

Crochet a cord, thread it through and pull tight. It will become a bulb.

For the ears: I stepped back 6-7 stitches from the seam and cast on 18 stitches along the edge. I knitted 1.5 cm with double ribbing, and then decreased in every knit row after the first and before the last. Until there are 6 stitches left, I continued knitting them with double ribbing to the desired length. Closed. "
