Baby hats

Baby hats * red acrylic yarn, soft, about 30 grams. I used Lions Brand Vanna's Choice acrylic, 156 m/100g in dark red color * a little brown and green yarn, any composition * 4 mm and 4.5 mm needles, circular and/or sock * stitch marker or a piece of yarn * sewing needle Instructions: Using 4mm needles, loosely cast on 54 stitches with red yarn. Join in a circle, marking the beginning of the round with a marker. Knit in ribbing 1x1 or 2x2 for 9 rows. Switch to 4.5mm needles, knit in stockinette, evenly adding 6 stitches = 60 stitches. I did it like this - 4 knit, increase stitch (by any method), 9 knit, increase, 9 knit.... Knit a total of 10 rows in stockinette. Start decreasing. There will be 6 wedges. Row 1 - *8 knit, 2 together*.... Row 2 and all even rows - all knit. Row 3 - *7 knit, 2 together*... Row 5 - *6 knit, 2 together*... continue decreasing until 6 stitches remain. Cut the yarn, leaving a tail of about 10 cm. Knitting the stem. Switch to 4mm needles, attach brown yarn to red. Now we'll knit an I-cord. Knit the first 2 stitches together, leaving 5 stitches on the needle. Knit 8 rows of I-cord. Cut the yarn, pull through all stitches, gather, and pull inside the hat. All ends should be secured. Leaf with needles. Cast on 3 stitches. Row 1 - 2 into 1 knit, 1 purl, 2 into 1 knit = 5 stitches. Row 2 - knit. Row 3 - 2 into 1 knit, 1 knit, 1 purl, 1 knit, 2 into 1 knit = 7 stitches. Row 4 - knit. Row 5 - 2 into 1 knit, 2 knit, 1 purl, 2 knit, 2 into 1 knit = 9 stitches. Row 6 - knit. Row 7 - 4 knit, 1 purl, 4 knit. Row 8 - knit. Repeat rows 7 and 8 three times. Row 15 - 1 knit, 2 together knit, 1 knit, 1 purl, 1 knit, 2 together knit, 1 knit = 7 stitches. Row 16 - knit. Row 17 - 1 knit, 2 together knit, 1 purl, 2 together knit, 1 knit = 5 stitches. Row 18 - knit. Row 19 - 2 together knit, 1 purl, 2 together knit. Row 20 - knit. Row 21 - three stitches together knit. Cut the yarn, gather.
