Knitted bonnetKlubokhttp://klubok.work/23/189/9292/Klubokhttps://klubok.work/css/image/top-logo-en.pngDescription for size 9-12 months. Chest circumference 44-46 cm.
.
We will need:
Needles 3.5 (or according to your gauge)
Drops Merino Extra Fine 105/50 yarn
Needle
Crochet hook 3.5
Elastic thread
• My gauge is 22×46. You can calculate for your gauge.
On size 3 needles, cast on 78 sts. Knit garter stitch for 11 cm.
In the right-side row, divide with markers into 3 parts - 27/24/27
• Form the back part.
Knit the wrong-side row, decreasing to the first marker by 1 st, and knit it together with the loop after the marker with a left-leaning slant.
Turn the knitting.
Slip the edge stitch, knit the row to the 2nd marker, decreasing by 1 st, and knit it together with the loop after the marker purlwise.
Turn the knitting.
Repeat the joining in the purl and knit rows. Simultaneously make decreases in the center part in every 6th row, knitting two together with a left-leaning slant, until the center part has 10 stitches left.
Then continue decreases only on the side parts.
When there is one stitch left on each of the side parts, bind off these stitches together with the center stitches.
• Edge the bottom of the bonnet with crochet.
Attach a thread and along the braid at the bottom edge of the bonnet pick up stitches from the front side, through every other stitch, into the center part from each stitch.
Having picked up the stitches, turn the knitting and knit 2 garter stitch rows.
Form the ties with crochet.
Slip the edge stitch onto the crochet hook, crochet a braid of the desired length and crochet it with a single crochet stitch.
Return the last stitch to the needle and work the row to the end, in the same way form the second tie.
Bind off the stitches, trying not to pull the stitches too tightly (I bind off with a crochet hook 4).
• Form the ruffles.
Take a thread of a different color and along the front edge of the bonnet pick up stitches for the ruffles as follows: one stitch from the loop on the wrong side, one crossed yarn over, and so on to the end.
Knit garter stitch 2.5-3 cm, on the wrong side cast off the stitches.
Skip 3 wrong rounds from the first ruffle, from the fourth in the same way pick up stitches, knit 2.5-3 cm, cast off the stitches.
• Hide all ends and weave in the ends
• Since due to the set of stitches for the ruffles the edge stretches, I recommend reinforcing it with elastic thread.
From the wrong side insert a needle with thread into the outer walls of the braid, all the way to the end. Secure the ends and hide.
