Ingredients for the test: 200 g of butter, 200 g of sugar, 500 g of sour cream, 300-400 g of flour. 2 tsp of baking powder (or 1 tsp of baking soda).

Ingredients for the cream: 500 g of sour cream, 150 g of sugar, 50 g of poppy seeds.

Rub the butter with sugar, add the sour cream, mix well. Then add flour, baking powder and knead a not very stiff dough. Divide the dough into 4-5 pieces, put each piece into a greased baking dish, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Preparation of the cream: mix the sour cream with sugar until the granules disappear. Add the poppy seeds, mix. Generously coat the baked layer with cream. Cover with the next layer, coat with cream again, and so on. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours
