Pancakes:
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp sunflower oil
flour, enough to your taste.

Cream:
0.5 l milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
250 g butter
vanillin

I always make the cream only according to this recipe, the best one in my opinion!)

Pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on low heat, meanwhile, thoroughly beat the eggs, sugar, and flour, don’t forget to keep an eye on the milk, as soon as you notice it starting to boil, slowly pour in the egg mixture while simultaneously stirring vigorously, I do this with a whisk. As soon as it starts to thicken and bubble...remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Then add the softened butter, vanillin and whip into a homogeneous mass, you can do without it, but with it the cream turns out to be smoother and tastier)

Then spread our cooled pancakes, decorate as desired!
