• 1-2 ready-made fruit sponge rolls,
• a pack of sponge cake layers (can be replaced with sliced rolls),
• 300 g soft cottage cheese,
• 0.5 l of 33% cream,
• sugar,
• gelatin,
• canned fruits.
     
Soak the gelatin (amount as indicated on the package) in water for 40 minutes, drain the excess water and dissolve it in a water bath.
Take an appropriate container in shape and size, line it with film, and lay it with thinly sliced rolls.
Whip the cottage cheese with a blender and add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar.
Whip the well-chilled cream with 4-5 tbsp. of sugar.
Mix the cottage cheese, whipped cream, diced fruits, and the gelatin solution cooled to lukewarm.
Carefully spread the mixture into the container lined with roll slices, cover with a layer (or slices of roll) and put it in the refrigerator overnight to set.
The appearance of the cake depends on the type of roll used.
