- Sugar 1.5 cups
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Sour cream 300 g
- Flour 1.5 cups
- Starch 3 tsp.
- Baking soda 1 tsp.
- Poppy seeds 100 g
- Nuts 0.5 cups
- Raisins 0.5 cups
For the cream:

Sour cream 700-800 g

Sugar 1.5 cups
Preparation:
The cake consists of SEVERAL layers. The technology for preparing the layers is the same; the only difference is that in one of the layers poppy seeds are added, in another raisins, and in the third - chopped nuts; one layer is left plain, and you can add cocoa to one as well.

Beat the eggs with a mixer, add the sugar.

Add the baking soda and sour cream to the dough, beat with a mixer.

Add flour and starch to the dough and mix well.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

In one part add the soaked and squeezed poppy seeds, in another – chopped nuts, in the third – soaked raisins, in the fourth – cocoa, and leave the fifth without additions.

Pour the dough into a springform pan, lined with baking paper, spread evenly, and bake in the oven at medium heat until done.

For the cream, whip the sour cream with sugar.

Cool the layers, soak them with cream.

Decorate with nuts
