You will need:
For the biscuit:
5 eggs

125 g chopped walnuts
140 g flour
200 g sugar
120 ml milk
1 tbsp olive oil

For the ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
140 ml cream with 20-22% fat

a can of boiled condensed milk (400 g)

Preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the yolks with oil and milk, add flour and nuts, and mix until smooth.

Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Now we need to combine the two mixtures. Add half of the batter to the bowl with the egg whites and gently fold it in using an upward motion. Then add the rest and fold again.

Grease the mold (mine is 21 cm) with oil and pour the batter into it. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the open oven, transfer to a wire rack, and let it cool completely.

Cut the cake in half lengthwise. Place one half on a plate and spread a layer of boiled condensed milk on it. Cover with the second half.

Prepare the ganache. Bring the cream to a boil and remove from heat. Break the chocolate into small pieces, add it to the cream, and stir until the chocolate melts.

Pour the ganache over the cake. You can sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
