Ingredients:
400 g of fatty cottage cheese
200 g of butter
1 tbsp of gelatin
4 tbsp of powdered sugar
2 tsp of vanillin
300 g of dark chocolate
100 g of oatmeal cookies
100 g of thick berry jam
Preparation:
We will mix melted butter, cottage cheese, and powdered sugar. Add vanillin and whip thoroughly, pouring in the dissolved gelatin mixed with hot water (5-6 tbsp) in a thin stream. Pour the mixture into a mold and place it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Prepare the crust: finely crush the oatmeal cookies. Melt 200 g of chocolate in a water bath. Thoroughly mix the cookies with chocolate and spread onto greased parchment. Place in the refrigerator.
Dip the mold with the set cottage cheese into hot water for a few seconds and carefully place the contents on the prepared crust. Spread a layer of jam on top. Melt the remaining chocolate, let it cool, spread it on top of the cheesecake, and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy your meal!
