Ingredients
Coconut (meat) - 200 g
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Flour - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Fruits
Milk - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2 pcs
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Whipped cream
Coconut flakes
Preparation
Beat the eggs, combine with grated coconut meat, milk, baking powder, add condensed milk and mix (whisk). Add flour. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes. Cool down. Optionally cut in half lengthwise. Soak the resulting layers with cream made from whipped cream, add fruits if desired.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruits. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
