A very delicious chocolate cake with a moist, fluffy texture. It turns out to be a very large cake. If the pan is smaller than 22 cm, then reduce the ingredients by half, keeping 2 eggs. The taste of zucchini is not noticeable at all!


 

You will need a cup = 220 ml, a rectangular pan 22*33, or a round one 24 and larger

CAKE
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 eggs (not small)
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
400-500 g of grated zucchini
3/4 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

GLAZE
90-100 g of chocolate
100-150 ml of heavy cream

- Preheat the oven to 180*, grease the bottom of the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour
- mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt
- add the eggs and oil, mix well, add the nuts and zucchini, mix until smooth (you can use a mixer with whisk attachments). Pour into the prepared pan.
- bake for 50 - 60 minutes in a preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
- remove after 20 minutes (if it cracked, you can place it "upside down"), cool completely and pour with glaze
- Glaze: break the chocolate, pour in the cream and melt over heat or in the microwave, mix well, cool.
