THE FASTEST COOKIE FOR TEA

INGREDIENTS:
? Chicken egg — 2 pcs
? Milk — 10 tbsp.
? Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp.
? Cocoa powder — 3 tbsp.
? Sugar — 8 tbsp.
? Wheat flour — 6 tbsp.
? Baking powder — 1 tsp. (or baking soda, neutralized with vinegar)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Whisk the eggs with sugar.
2. Add cocoa and gently mix.
3. Add flour and baking powder to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. To the resulting thick batter, add vegetable oil and milk, and mix well.
5. Pour the batter into a greased mold (note - I used a regular microwave-safe plastic container without greasing) and place it in the microwave at maximum power (note - my power is 850, it cooked for 4 minutes). If the power is 1000, then for 3 minutes, if 800 - then for 3.5 minutes.
6. After 4 minutes, we have a wonderful sponge cake :)
