Ingredients:
For the dough:
? Kefir or buttermilk -300 g
?
Sugar – 1 cup
? Eggs – 2 pcs.
? Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
?
Cocoa – 2-3 tbsp.
? Baking soda – 1 tsp.
? Flour – 2 cups
For the cream:
1st option – sour cream

? Sour cream – 400 g
? Sugar –
1 cup
? Butter -200 g
2nd option – custard
? Eggs – 2 pcs.
? Sugar – 300 g
? Flour -2 tbsp (with a heap)
? Milk
– 400 g
? Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
? Butter -200 g
? For
sprinkling – cookies, or chocolate, or nuts
Preparation:
1. The dough for this chocolate cake is prepared very simply.
In one bowl, lightly beat the eggs, vegetable oil, and kefir, i.e., the liquid ingredients. In another – all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa.
2. Pour the beaten eggs into the bowl with the dry mixture, mix well. Pour into a greased mold, place in a preheated
oven. Bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200-170 degrees.
Cut the cooled cake lengthwise into 3 parts, spread with cream, and sprinkle with chocolate or nuts on top.
3. Prepare the cream for the chocolate cake.
Sour cream: mix softened butter with sour cream and sugar, whip.
Custard:
Bring the milk to a boil. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar until white, then gradually add the flour, continuing to beat. Pour this mixture in a thin stream into the boiling milk, stirring vigorously. Reduce the heat, add vanilla, continuing to mix the cream well. Cool. Add softened butter. Mix well.
Put in the refrigerator for half an hour. The cream is ready. The chocolate cake is ready!
