INGREDIENTS:

Dough:
? 0.5 cups of sugar
? 2 eggs
? 200 g of sour cream (15-20%)
? 1/2 can of condensed milk
? 50 g of dark chocolate (75% cocoa (I used "Babaevskiy Lux" or "Babaevskiy Elite"))
? 3 tablespoons of cocoa
? 1 cup of flour
? 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla

PREPARATION:
Whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy, add sour cream, condensed milk, melted chocolate in a water bath, and cocoa. Whisk again. Mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla, sift. Add to the dough and mix with a spoon (not a mixer). Bake 4 layers or (I have a rectangular form, I bake one and cut it 
into 4).

Frosting-Glaze: 
? 100 g of butter 
? 1/2 can of condensed milk 
? 50 g of dark chocolate (half of the bar used in the dough). 
Soften the butter to room temperature, add the condensed milk and melted chocolate in a water bath. Whisk everything using a mixer. You will get a creamy glossy glaze.

Syrop for the layers:
? 3 teaspoons of heaped instant coffee
? 3 teaspoons of sugar
? 1/2 cup of boiling water (or hot boiled water)
? 1 teaspoon of cognac (optional)
Mix to dissolve all ingredients. Now we assemble the cake. Soak each layer with syrup and spread with frosting-glaze. Cover the entire cake with glaze on top and place it in the refrigerator (preferably overnight). You can decorate with walnuts.
