For those who haven't tried this cake yet - it is so delicious! Words can't express it! Moreover, it is very easy and quick to prepare!
The recipe for the cake "Milchmadchen" came to us from Germany.
The layers are made on the basis of condensed milk, which in Germany was called "Milch Madchen", i.e. milk girl.
Any cream, any fruits and berries will pair very well with this cake, as it is very sweet. I made it with whipped cream. Overnight, the cream soaked into the layers, making them soft, fluffy, and moist....It is soooo delicious!

Ingredients:

Dough:
condensed milk - 1 can (400 g)
eggs - 2 pcs
flour - 1 cup (160 g)
baking powder - 1 packet (1 tbsp)

Cream:
35% cream - 400 ml
powdered sugar - 0.5 cup

Preparation:

Put the condensed milk and eggs in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl. Mix thoroughly. The layers will be fluffier if the dough rests for about 15 minutes. On a sheet of baking paper, draw a circle with a diameter of 18-20 cm. Transfer the paper to the baking sheet. In the center of the circle, pour 2 full tablespoons of dough. Spread the dough across the entire circle (I had too little dough here, I later started pouring full two tablespoons). Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediately remove the paper from the baked layer and place it on a kitchen towel. Bake all layers this way. If you have space, you can bake two layers at a time. Since I made the condensed milk myself, I ended up with exactly 600 g. And I decided to use the remaining 200 g to make half a batch of dough, and I got a total of 9 layers from 1.5 batches.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar (for 1.5 batches I used 500 g of cream and 120 g of powdered sugar). Spread the cream on the layers. Mine turned out huge! Decorate as you wish and place it in the refrigerator overnight to soak. I barely decorated it. I sprinkled the sides with nuts a little, and made a web on top. Overnight, the cream soaked into the layers and it became even tastier than in the evening!

Enjoy your meal!
