Ingredients
2 pcs Eggs
5 tbsp Flour – heaping
1 tbsp Cocoa powder – heaping
1/4 tsp Salt
6 tbsp Milk
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Baking soda – (slaked)
500 g Sour cream
2-3 tbsp Powdered sugar
2 pcs Banana
Preparation
In a bowl, break 2 eggs, add a little salt. Add 6 tbsp. milk, 6 tbsp. sugar, and whisk. Place 5 tbsp. heaping flour in a sieve, add 1 tbsp. heaping cocoa and sift into the batter. Add half a tsp. of baking soda, extinguish it with vinegar, and mix.
Add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Pour the batter into a mold; I have a silicone one with a diameter of 20 cm, but you can use a glass or any other suitable dish for baking in the microwave. Place it in the microwave and bake at 800 watts for 5 minutes, when 5 minutes pass, the microwave will turn off. It is important not to open the microwave; leave the sponge cake inside for another 10 minutes.
This way it definitely won't sink. Remove from the mold; it cools very quickly. Make a cut in the sponge cake and cut it into 2 parts using a thread. Mix 500 g of sour cream with 20% fat content with a little bit of powdered sugar. Assemble the cake. Make a layer of banana.
